Ano Internacional da Biodiversidade

As Nações Unidas consideraram 2010 como o Ano da Biodiversidade.

Isto já aconteceu ha algum tempo.

"In its 83rd plenary meeting, the General Assembly of the United Nations declared 2010 the International Year of Biodiversity .... It invited Member States to establish national committees for the IYB encouraged them to use the IYB to increase awareness of the importance of biodiversity.

2010 is not so far away. Do you have any ideas on how we might showcase the contribution of research to the understanding of biodiversity and to policies and management practices that help to stop its loss?
